Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. But we will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Each box of flowers or bouquet is unique; we don't replicate designs. While we aim to meet your expectations, please understand that variations may occur as we craft each piece uniquely.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempt, we will make every effort to contact you via phone, unless specific alternative instructions were provided in your order form. While we strive to reach you promptly, if we're unable to do so, we may opt to leave the delivery in a secure location, like a shaded spot on the front porch or with a neighbor. Alternatively, we may leave a message requesting to schedule a future delivery at your convenience.

THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: To ensure a smooth delivery process, we may reach out to the recipient to confirm someone will be available to accept the delivery or to verify the address, unless you specify otherwise in the special instruction box when placing your order.
