Simply fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form with as many details as possible — color palette, favorite flowers, and inspiration photos. Once received, we’ll create a custom floral proposal that reflects your vision, theme, and budget.

Yes! After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll send you a personalized floral proposal. If you’d like, we can then schedule a consultation to discuss your floral design, theme, and logistics in detail before finalizing the contract.

🌼 3. What is the average investment for wedding flowers?

Wedding floral investments vary depending on the size of your wedding, floral selections, design style, and the number of arrangements and installations needed. Every wedding is thoughtfully customized around your vision, priorities, venue, and overall floral needs. Full-Service Wedding Floral Design starts at $3,500.

🌹 4. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 9–12 months before your wedding to secure your date — especially during the busy spring and fall seasons.

🌻 5. Can I order only personal flowers?

Absolutely! We offer personal-flower-only packages for couples who need bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other personal florals without full-service wedding décor. Our personal flower orders have a $1,000 minimum investment.

🌸 6. Do you deliver and set up flowers?

Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown at your venue so you can relax and enjoy your big day.

🌼 7. Can ceremony flowers be reused for the reception?

Yes! We love repurposing ceremony flowers for the reception whenever possible. It’s a wonderful way to make the most of your floral investment and enjoy your arrangements throughout the entire celebration.

If your ceremony and reception are at different locations, an additional repurposing and transportation fee will apply based on the locations, timing, and setup requirements.

We proudly serve Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Rockford, and beyond.

🌿 9. Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?

We specialize in fresh floral designs, using premium-quality blooms sourced from trusted growers and wholesalers.

When appropriate, we may incorporate a small amount of premium-quality silk flowers to enhance the overall volume, fullness, or appearance of a design. This is done at our professional discretion and at no additional charge to the client. Our goal is always to create a beautiful, cohesive design while maintaining the overall style and color palette agreed upon.

🌼 10. Do you create flowers for other occasions besides weddings?

Yes! We also design for engagement parties, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, and daily flower deliveries.

🌹 11. What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel after booking, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your event date and flower orders. However, we’ll gladly apply your deposit toward a future event or order when possible.

🌺 12. What is included in my floral and décor order?

Only the floral arrangements, décor, rentals, services, quantities, and other items expressly listed in your final written contract are included in your order.

Ideas, preferences, or design elements discussed verbally, during consultations, by telephone/Zoom, text message, email, social media, Pinterest boards, mood boards, or inspiration photographs are provided for design inspiration and reference only and do not create additional obligations for Sweety Dream INC.

Any item, flower variety, design element, quantity, rental, service, or décor feature that is not specifically included in the final contract is not considered part of the order, unless it is later added through a written amendment or change approved by Sweety Dream INC.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing the final proposal before signing to confirm that all requested items and services are listed.

🌸 13. Can I bring my own décor to decorate?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own décor pieces! Please note that Sweety Dream is not responsible for customer-provided items or equipment. Any personal décor must be set up by you, your family, or your coordinator on the event day.

🌼 14. Is the floral proposal final, or can changes be made?

The proposal is not final. It is a draft, and you may request unlimited revisions before the contract is signed. We can adjust flowers, quantities, colors, and design details until you are fully happy.

🌿 15. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the perishable and custom nature of fresh floral products, all floral sales and services are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds based solely on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the appearance of an arrangement.

Each design is handcrafted by our florists using their professional judgment, creativity, and experience while following the agreed-upon color palette and overall floral vision. Because flowers are natural products, variations in size, shape, color, texture, and availability are expected.

🌼16. Will my flowers look exactly like my inspiration or Pinterest photos?

No. Inspiration and Pinterest photos are used as a style and design reference only and are not a guarantee of an exact reproduction.

Flowers are natural products, and every stem is unique in its size, shape, color, texture, and movement. Seasonal availability can also vary. For these reasons, no two bouquets or floral arrangements will ever be exactly identical.

We will create a design inspired by your reference photos while following the agreed-upon color palette, size, and floral vision. Our florists may make creative adjustments or substitutions when necessary to achieve the best overall design.

🌺 17. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

All fresh flowers are yours to keep after the event. We only return to collect rented items and decor pieces.
