Delivery Time Requests

We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time due to traffic and route scheduling.
However, you may request a preferred time window in the “Order Notes / Special Instructions” at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate.

If the Recipient Is Not Home

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will follow your instructions (if provided). When appropriate, we may:

• call/text you for guidance,

• leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location,

• or leave it with a neighbor/building staff (when available).

To protect your flowers, we may avoid leaving arrangements outside during extreme weather.

Recipient Contact

To complete delivery successfully, we may contact the recipient to:

• confirm the address,

• confirm availability,

• or coordinate a safe drop-off.
  If you prefer we do not contact the recipient, please note that at checkout.

Substitutions & Product Variation

Flowers are seasonal and availability can change. If substitutions are needed, we will always keep the same style, color palette, and overall value, and substitute with blooms of equal or higher value.
Because each arrangement is handmade, each design is unique and may vary slightly from photos.

Flowers are perishable and all arrangements are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final.
